Barbara Miller teaches art history at Western. She received a BA from Simon Fraser University and a MA and PhD from the University of Rochester. Her research examines connections between art, science, and technology, with a larger interest in “naked-eye” artist-observers and the eco-political importance of understanding our relationship to deep space.
