The Last Five Decades - Works on Paper

The exhibition consists of works on paper from two Washington Art Consortium collections. As a founding member of the Consortium, the Western Gallery owns with six other institutions an extraordinary group of mid-century American works on paper; recent gifts form Richard Aiken and the late Margaret Aiken of Anacortes expand this collection into the 1980s and 1990s; international designs from Western’s Chair Collection also amplify this review of art from the last half of the 20th century.
