On Saturdays, do not worry about parking permits! The Western Gallery is a wing of the Fine Arts Complex. The sculpture by Richard Serra is adjacent to the gallery plaza; the gallery is opposite Carver Gym. If arriving from the south, follow signs leading to WWU; take a right at the Visitor's Center (closed on Saturday), follow the road over the bridge, past the Nancy Holt "rock rings", and park anywhere in the long stretch of parking designated as 31G and 17V. At the north end of that long parking lot is a walkway leading into the gallery plaza.
