Dedication and Opening Reception: Celebrating Jinny Wright, Fred Wilson, Isamu Noguchi

Join us on campus as we celebrate

• Jinny Wright for her longstanding commitment to sculpture at Western

• Fred Wilson, and his new public sculptures at the Viking Union

• Isamu Noguchi and his skyviewing sculptures at the Western Gallery

President Sabah Randhawa, along with Bing, Charles, Merrill, and Robin Wright cordially invite you to the dedication of a public sculpture by Fred Wilson acquired in memory of Jinny Wright (1929-2020) at 2 p.m. in the Viking union.

The dedication will be followed at 2:45 p.m. by an opening reception for Looking Up, The Skyviewing Sculptures of Isamu Noguchi - curated for the Western Gallery by Dakin Hart, Senior Curator of the Noguchi Museum in New York.

Parking and directions

Attendees may enjoy complimentary parking in Lot 17G.

The Viking Union is a several minute walk from the parking lot.

The Western Gallery is adjacent to the parking lot.
