About Claude Zervas
Claude Zervas considers landscape, abstraction, and consciousness in expansive work in painting, video, and sculpture. Recalling Minimalism, Pop Art, and Op Art, Zervas draws from the inventions of these earlier movements and pairs them with his contemporary expression. The artist’s technical dexterity—with a background in the visual arts and computer science—realizes compelling work in eclectic and diverse media. Zervas has work in the collection of the Whitney Museum of American Art, Seattle Art Museum, Tacoma Art Museum and Portland Art Museum. He lives and works in Bellingham, WA.
The Western Gallery proudly presents its winter 2026 exhibition featuring the range of the artist in recent years. Explore more of the artist's work by visiting his website.
